I received a box with news paper for packing and item’s slip and that’s it, no ninja turtle. Contacted seller, insisted item was sent in the that box, suggested I take the box and have it weighed at post office? I had to ask eBay to step in for a full refund. Mistakes happen, but it’s unfortunate when you get no support from the seller forcing the buyer to ask eBay to help. If all sellers were like this one, there would be no eBay.

Receipt from USPS shows i had to pay $4.53 in postage. No response after. I understand the bad ratings now.
