It had the batteries installed and turned on, so the batteries were dead upon arrival, but I put new batteries and worked great! Thank you very much! This toaster oven is so much better quality than the junk sold today. I was so thrilled to find this seller who had one to sell, and that the seller is reliable and the price was really great.
