My issue is with the mandatory ebay mailing system that sellers must use. It is very expensive and slows down the shipping process. My item was mailed Sept 3, then was 11 days in 5 different locations in IL from Sept 6-17, delivered on Sept 19. DHL was also involved, not sure why.
