Brand new item at a decent price, items are as described, good communication, well-packaged, ships fast, and seller resolves problems quickly. There was a small defect in the the shoulder strap it's unevenly stitched, not seller's fault but Mystery Ranch's manufacturing. It rendered the backpack useless for me. The Zoom Q8N 4K Camcorder was open box never removed from packing. All just as advertised. Plus added a high dollar HDMI cable with micro adapter to fit the Zoom. $70 value. What a deal.
