The following day (2nd August) I replied saying that it was acceptable. Today (the 6th) they cancelled the order, no apology, no message at all, the reason given was 'out of stock'. Due to delays, we offered an alternative colour, which was accepted. The listing was then closed. We did not need to send another message to cancel as eBay does that when we process a refund, we strive to act fairly and professionally in all situations. Thanks.
