Wish they would have put some kind of tape over the top loader. When I took the top loader out of the envelope the card was already half way out of it and the top corner has some damage to it that wasn't in the picture (hence why I'm assuming it was during shipping). The communication with the seller was very good throughout what could have been a very stressful situation. She was very pleasant and professional.
