I asked seller if I could return it as I could no longer wait for it. They complied, but it would cost me more than I paid for it to return it. I received it 13 days after I paid for it. The next day he had shipped a replacement. Other than the damaged section, it was exactly as described. He worked with me to resolve the problem and I am completely satisfied with how he handled everything. The great sellers on eBay solve problems even when they are not their fault. I will buy my next computer from this seller when it is time.
