Now ordinarily I would leave a negative review, as the packaging around the fragile item, combined with the high cost of shipping was less than satisfactory. A long anticipated gift was in shambles. HOWEVER , the response and communication from the seller was exemplary. I was refunded my money within 24 hours of contact about the problem, along with an apology.
