    The product was deliverd on time. I did wonder as the packaging was neutral white box (was mentioned), which usually is not the case with Samsung phones. But the product feels new with no external sings of previous usage. However it is a Galaxy S21, I was waiting for it to be deliverd with UI 3.1/4.1 but again to my wonder it has UI 6.1 installed. Using the product for the last week and the phone perfromance is really good. Although I question myself, if it is really a mint condition neu thing

    Weird, first I ask about the battery condition, they say it's one hundred percent, then I buy and they tell me they don't have the item in stock anymore. Plus, I tried looking up the address the business is listed at, it is the address of a law firm or something; this being said, I have no idea what this is, I'm no expert. In the end I got my money back, so as far as I'm concerned it was just a little waste of time on my part and all was good.
