With the new tariff/import fees I was uncertain how it works. The seller shipped quickly, but until it cleared customs in the U.S. there was no tracking. I was nervous, but it arrived in U.S., I got a msg from UPS to pay import fees online and it was delivered 2 days later. From order to delivery in Virginia was 4weeks.... in case that helps anyone else.
