Great communication, prompt shipping, and the item was as described. It's true you won't get your item 'double boxed' (the shipping label is on the original packaging), but that not only keeps a cardboard box out of the landfill, it allows this seller to keep offering free shipping. Both times, I received a label quickly and had my refund processed not long after drop-off. I’ve recommended this page to a ton of people.

Shipping from seller was handled perfectly but UPS Service was a 2-, the information given: delivery schedule for Saturday between 1pm and 6pm yet they delivered at 12pm. I wasn't home so they informed me that the package were being taken to an access point, I went on Saturday at 4pm to pickup package but it wasn't there yet. I went on Monday at 11am, a few more times I finally got it at 4pm.
