It's true you won't get your item 'double boxed' (the shipping label is on the original packaging), but that not only keeps a cardboard box out of the landfill, it allows this seller to keep offering free shipping. A+

Other than the box being a little beat up, what's most important the item was brand new, never used. What I received is what's expected from a new open box item. I was able to register the item on Ryobi's website. Nice looking fan to keep us cool on hot summer days! Great seller to deal with. I'm happy the seller accepted my offer on an already well priced item. I will definitely do business again in the future!
