Not as described. The batteries were corroded and and leaked inside of the item. I contacted the seller, provided several pictures, and they stated they turned it on 6 months ago and did not check if it was still was before shipping. He said I could request a return, so I would have to go out of my way and be inconvenienced. shipping and packaging was fine.
