I cannot fault the company enough on their communication and understanding. We now have a working lamp and the quality is just what we were after. Stuff happens out of anyones control but they were fantastic with dealing with the problem. Its in perfect condition and was shipped in a well packaged box. We love the look and it looks more expensive than it was. BEAUTIFUL LAMP A++++

Unfortunately there were two pieces missing from the lamp. I made contact with them through eBay and had a reply 30 mins later. They sent a replacement part that day, but that was still missing the internal part when it arrived. When I contacted them again a full replacement was sent along with a sincere apology for my inconvenience. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Very highly recommended.
