Prominent citizens and other locals become involved in the "come-heres'" cellular telehphone "business" and Dorchester County is exposed nationwide. Southern traditions, phrasing, foods, estates, foibles and genteel poverty are all explored in a delightful tongue in cheek trek through Dixie.
