The buyer had more accurate scales than mine and the item was technically under the 23g - but still rounded up to 23g. That said, all my items are sold with a returns option, even if there was no reason I'm happy to refund items returned in their original condition. No issues at all. This buyer received his full refund. I think that's a fair outcome for all.
