So, I sought a refund and I received it the following day with a request that should the item finally arrive then I should return it using a return label to be requested from the company. The courier service appears to be at fault. This is a perfectly fair outcome for me, I haven't received my chisel but I haven't lost any money so I left a Positive rating.
