Only took four days to get here (US) once shipped. Don't be a like me and order during Golden Week and then wonder where your package is. They were super nice and kindly explained to my dumb self that it was, in fact, Golden Week. Appreciated the patient customer service!

It was packaged with care, had a fragile sticker on it, and a little handwritten note of gratitude was left in it. The seller communication was also excellent! They pretty much immediately contacted me after I purchased the item saying that the item would get to me as promptly as possible, and they thanked me for purchasing. The shipping time was SUPER prompt, and it came from Japan too so I was pretty surprised how quickly it came! Not to mention when the package came it was taped up SUPER well, the box was VERY sturdy and the figure I purchased was bubble wrapped too.
