Was wrapped in bubble wrap, but there was a hole in the end of the parcel, so not sure if this was created by freight company or how it came to be. Don’t think anything was lost out the hole. Haven’t used yet, but have charged it up. Was supposed to have arrived at the end of July, but it says it wasn’t posted until the 5th of August.
