The packing could have been a little better in that a few more pieces of tape would have held the bubble wrap in place better. There were 2 areas of damage that were not disclosed in the description and I did not notice in the photos, that may have happened during shipping. I did not contact the seller as overall I was satisfied with the transaction. I did not expect any refund and planned to keep the decanter. Thank you!

Had issues with the post office but NOT with the seller. In fact, as soon as I informed her that it hadn't been delivered yet she immediately got in touch with them and put as urgent. Would definitely use this seller again!
