I contacted seller for an item return and seller said my item didn't get shipped so I agreed on a refund. Then seller posted my item was received with a picture proof of delivery through UPS. The picture showed a package on a porch that was not mine with an address of only my city. I started the return process and seller offered me 50% back to cancel return.
