Great communication, prompt shipping, and the item was as described. It's true you won't get your item 'double boxed' (the shipping label is on the original packaging), but that not only keeps a cardboard box out of the landfill, it allows this seller to keep offering free shipping. A+

I was able to register the item on Ryobi's website. Nice looking fan to keep us cool on hot summer days! Great seller to deal with.
