Shipping was not costly at all, shipping time was a bit longer than expected. But they sent me a message a few days after purchase that they the product will be shipped on the deadline set by eBay. As for value, It's a scalper price but for me there were only a few options. eBay was one of them and I trusted their policies on returns and refunds for extra safety.

I often have to wait longer for shipping from three or four states over than I did for this item. It was packaged securely and undamaged. The items are exactly as described and even better. I couldn't happier with my purchase and will be buying more Sailor Moon items from this user in the future. I also found they were often $80+ cheaper than the next listing for the same product. 10/10 experience.
