I talked with USPS who stated the seller is the one to handle this. I also found the same information on line that the seller should handle it. I contacted seller who asked for 48 hours to look into it. I followed up with seller after 36 hours that I would give her another 18 hours. I never heard back from the seller and then thankfully EBay handled return. Very subpar service.
