This candle was packaged really well, and it was shipped in a timely manner. I would like to say to all of the sellers when shipping candles, please put fragile on the boxes because I have received a couple that were damaged a little. But I gave the sellers a good rating. However, if the rollers had also been packed directly in bubble wrap maybe they would not have arrived with 5 broken teeth (the rollers got jostled around in the case during shipping). Mostly as described, though there is what appears to be pen on the front of the case, not mentioned in description (I hope I can get it to come off).
