The owl I received was of extremely poor quality, not like the beautiful owl listed. I contacted the seller and we agreed that I would accept 50% refund if he would update his listing to reflect the actual quality of his product. He did not. 2. His listing stated the owl was in New York. It was in India, and I just received a bill for import duty fees that I am responsible for paying. Buyers beware.
