One box of flooring weighs 33 pounds. The tracking showed delivered with a very generic picture. There was no package delivered. Buyer beware sounded like a scam to me. Never provided the correct tracking number and they said it was lost in shipping.

Seller sent tracking information for another person and a different address for an item that was not mine. Seller stated the item got lost in the mail, but still sent no proof that it was ever shipped. Probably never had it to ship. Took several days to respond and the seller did refund my money because he had no choice but to refund my money. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend.
