This thing was definitely not new. Their are marks from a former assembly, the cord is dirty, and there is a buildup of grime on the nozzle. Definitely used. and possibly used hard. I am not happy. Despite being a holiday weekend I still got my package before the estimated delivery date. Item was just as described "open box" ..what I received is exactly what I would expect from someone that opened a box and put all the items right back in. Saving seller so that I can buy items in the future.

The only down fall from this seller is their shipping, they do not package anything they sell. The way you buy it from the store shelf is the way you receive it. I know it saves money and time for them but sometimes something like that can go a long way with a customer and prevent theft or “missing packages”. See attached photos of how I received my battery (there was no box just received from UPS as is)
