The seller first quickly offered a return. But I suggested a partial refund to cover the cost for me to obtain the necessary part, which the seller quickly issued. A good value, otherwise, looks new.

Other than the box being a little beat up, what's most important the item was brand new, never used. What I received is what's expected from a new open box item. I was able to register the item on Ryobi's website. Nice looking fan to keep us cool on hot summer days! Great seller to deal with. I'm happy the seller accepted my offer on an already well priced item. I will definitely do business again in the future!
