I reached out to the seller, but they just offered to let me keep the item at a discount. When I told them I could not use the item because it is a size C not D and is Super Feet All Purpose not Super Feet Run, they never responded. The box is for the orange run insoles and they sent the purple all purpose ones (that are cheaper and don't match the packaging).
