There was a minor issue with how the cape was to be worn on the picture vs actual. The seller resolved this issue to my satisfaction is a speedy matter. His communication was always within 24 hours. For this level of service, I would trust and buy from this seller again as I value trust and communication as a priority in choosing whom I would purchase from.

There was also excess glue on the top that made it not pretty for displaying, but all the pieces were there. When I contacted the seller, they offered me a partial refund, which was nice. Good service but slightly disappointed.
