Contacted them with pictures and videos and struggled to contact them as there response rate is slow and they were not willing to cooperate. After them agreeing to refund me I ship the pump back in a new box as the old box was destroyed when getting to me. They deducted my refund stating it was used even though clearly I stated pump is not usable and still had all the shipping fittings! Would highly recommend buying from another seller.
