It shipped the same day that I ordered it and arrived 4 days later (sent from CA to East Coast)! It was very well packaged and there was no damage in shipping. It was NOT advertised as "authentic" and I am OK with that. My kids love it!

I contacted the seller and they graciously gave me the option of a refund or to send me another order. I ask them to send me another order. Great customer service and willing to do whatever to make the customer happy and make things right.
