I ordered from them, they shipped it out very quickly. 13 days later, UPS still hadn’t updated anything, and kept moving the delivery date farther ahead. That was now 18 days ago, and they’re still not admitting they lost it. However, I contacted the seller, and they offered a refund or replacement. They shipped out the replacement as fast as they could, with USPS this time (good move) and I got it in excellent condition. Highly recommend. My only negative is there was nothing in the box for moisture, nothing to indicated there were live plants in the box, and it was 100 degrees here when delivered. Luckily the box was left in shade by a good delivery person.

I was really happy with the price and they looked great. The customer service was absolutely fantastic, they were very accommodating and responded right away.
