However, after almost 2 weeks of waiting, I have not received the refund, have contacted the seller multiple times, and every time they say the refund is processing. We have reported this person to eBay, and the platform has blocked his account.

I later checked and realized all the replies and responses was automatically sent to this folder. The seller has been nothing but helpful and diligent in helping me with any issues and concerns I was experiencing. I apologize for posting a negative review prior to checking all mailbox folders.
