    The first order, I ordered a large and mistakenly received an extra large North face jacket, I contacted the seller the same day and they promptly replied within a 1/2 hour and explained the error that occurred, and they immediately sent me another jacket with the correct size, with a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect merchandise. I received the correct large size (new) NF Jacket within days and I’m very happy. The seller is very professional and has excellent customer service. 😀
