I contacted the seller who notified USPS of the mix up. I finally received the product a few days later and it was exactly what I need and in excellent condition.

I wish there was a way he could be arrested for fraud. But email has zero ability to protect us from A-holes like this POS. The first photo is of the item I thought I would receive per his advertisement. The second photo is what this guy sent to me stay away from the seller.
