    Outstanding packaging! It was thoroughly and meticulously bubble wrapped, the inside of the box had ample cushion/filler material, and the box was heavy duty and survived shipment perfectly. This really was exceptional and above above standard. It was quickly shipped out and it is exactly as described. Hard to believe this was the cheapest one I've seen on Ebay. Thank you very much!

    The Dept. 56 Lit Fire Pit arrived on time and was packaged carefully to prevent damage. Upon opening the container and fire pit was in excellent condition and just as described by the seller. It was listed as used but looked brand new. The price for what I received along with the free shipping costs made this a great buy. Very happy with the transaction. A+ experience.
