The photos are deceiving because you have to cut any veggie to be chopped so small so it will work, it's not any better than chopping it yourself. Anything I put in the chopper would not go completely through and I had to the clearing fork provided to put it through. I would not recommend this product.

The seller kindly worked with me to find a resolution and refunded me the full price of the product. I have no complaints about the seller. The issue was apparently a problem with the mail carrier.
