I had a major issue with the U.S. Postal Service in that we received only a label for the games I ordered. Nothing but a label put inside a bag with a USPS note of apology! I contacted this seller; we agreed the USPS tampered with and/or damaged the package. Disappointed by my loss product, so despite it not their fault, the seller gave me a full refund.
