It came with the original box, original foam protection, as well as the entire accessories kit that had yet to have its seal cracked. Overall, it came within a few days and was a fast shipping experience. I didn't have any messages with the seller, so I cannot comment of communication. Initially we had a slight problem with the first PC that arrived but these guys sent a prepaid label to send it back and we had a new one within 8 days so faster than most corporate operations. Great communication as well.
