As it turned out, the computer that I received only had the 1TB SSD. Contacted the vendor and they acknowledged that the initial advertisement did include a 1TB hard drive but later revised their advertisement to show the actual correct configuration. They acknowledged the error and promptly allowed the return. I bought a different one from them.

It came with the original box, original foam protection, as well as the entire accessories kit that had yet to have its seal cracked. Overall, it came within a few days and was a fast shipping experience. I didn't have any messages with the seller, so I cannot comment of communication. Overall great experience, and I would recommend working with the seller again. Thanks!

Initially we had a slight problem with the first PC that arrived but these guys sent a prepaid label to send it back and we had a new one within 8 days so faster than most corporate operations. Great communication as well.
