Everything as described. If you are using this MR-9 adapter with L43 batteries to power an analogue light meter and the battery is loosing charge very quickly then check your light meter - in my case the needle gave too much resistance due to high friction and just needed some W40 to start working properly. L43 batteries are very weak so you need to have your light meter in good condition.
