The reason I am giving them positive feedback is because once I asked for a refund that happened within hours plus I gained a pen even if it is the wrong one as they didn't want it back and their email responses were same day!

I took advantage of the 'Buy 3 Get One Free' deal as I'm buying gifts, and I'm so happy I'll be able to treat the recipient to an extra colour. The seller's communication is excellent, I was accidentally sent a wrong size nib set but they sorted it for me with the correct ones sent out in no time. Would shop here again should I need any more POSCA gifts.

I normally buy my size 0.1 pens from a different seller, they didn't have the size 10, so now I will be buying all my fine liners from this seller as the service was100% as everything was 100%
