Had a 9AM appointment for tires that didn’t arrive until 11:30! Sat there waiting around for nothing. They shouldn’t have scheduled the appointment without the tires being delivered first.

There was a discrepancy with two tires missing out of 4 ( Fed Ex fault / Damaged label ) but they responded right away and contacted Fed Ex to make sure that the other 2 missing tires will be found and delivered . These were about $100 less than everyone else so I bought them after wanting some for a while . Tires were manufactured in March 2025 so they are only 2 months old,so no old stock tires that were sitting around. I've used this company a few times and they always deliver. A+ seller highly recommend!

I had to message them after 2 days of no tracking, to get my tires shipped. Very slow shipping. One state away, TN to NC or 8 hour drive, took a week to get them.
