I pulled the steel book out of the packaging and looked to be in good shape. Until I opened it up and the front and back of the case separated at the spine. Case split straight down the middle of the spine. I contacted them through ebay and showed them pictures and explained the situation and they sent me another one completely free and also let me keep the broken one as well.
