Twice this happened, wrong part was sent. First time we missed the window for return. We WILL NOT order from EBay anymore. Two pictures-1 in the plastic bag is what was sent and the other one is what came out of our Explorer.

Everything was packaged nicely and it all comes with the proper documents and manuals as well as metal emblem style badges with the company logo. Worth the money I’d say for everything you get and the quality isn’t always horrible with this company.
