When I contacted her she asked if anything else was inside the box that would cause the scratches. Wasn’t she the one that packed and sent the bowl?? Made me take pictures of the box, label, edges and bottom of the bowl trying to place the blame on Fed ex. This person is a scammer. She won’t refund or accept a return.
