Then got an attitude because I wanted to know when my item was going to ship. I highly recommend to stay away from this seller. Please keep in mind: a lot of my decals are made to order. Sometimes that can take a day or two to ship. Thanks!

No tracking information until 5/23/25. No updates from seller before or after opening an item not received case. Seller won't proactively respond to a case being opened against them. It has been fixed. I have also had some issues with one of my local post offices losing packages for days on end. I no longer drop off there. I responded to your claim with the refund as requested. My apologies that your experience was less than stellar. I shoot for 100% all the time, but mistakes happen. Some of them are within my control and I make adjustments as needed.
