A bit confusing is the title description in referencing Bluetooth 5.0. This is not a dual Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapter. It's only a Wi-Fi adapter. Maybe clean up the description a bit and delete reference to Bluetooth.

I just have one little question where is the Bluetooth for since it says it’s on there But it shows up with nothing.

It's an easy, low cost solution to my problem receiving signals with my Dell OptiPlex 760 PC (which was not equipped with an adapter). It has proven effective in a busy four story, two building extended stay community where wifi is included but sometimes slow. I'd suggest trying this unless you genuinely enjoy opening up computers and upgrading them yourself.
